Prevalence of meeting recommended physical activity through global physical activity

Variable Definition

Prevalence estimate of meeting WHO exercise guidelines through global physical activity in adults aged 18 and older. A cutoff point of 150 minutes per week was used to classify subjects as active versus inactive in accordance with the recommendations from WHO, 2018 definition of active as at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity throughout the week, or at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity throughout the week, or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity activity. Global physical activity includes physical activity from transportation or leisure time activities.
