Variable Definition

This is the ratio of female unemployment to male unemployment: SECEMPRAT = SECUNEMPPF (female unemployment rate)/SECUNEMPM (Male Unemployment rate). The ratio of the unemployment rate among females (15+ years of age) to the unemployment rate among males (15+ years of age)
