Vegetable Servings Per Day V2
Variable Definition
Average number of servings of vegetables per day that an individual consumes in a typical week considering all vegetables together where vegetable consumption is assessed with more than one question. This version is available for surveys that have the Food Frequency Questionnaire and surveys where the food screeners ask about cooked versus raw vegetables as separate questions (Brazil, Colombia). This variable was created using the formula above for each vegetable separately and summing all vegetables together. This will be referred to as Version 2.
