Variable Definition
Number of days per week that fruit is consumed as the sum of the number of days for all fruits where fruit consumption is assessed with more than one question from Food Frequency Questionnaires, capped at 7 days. In these cases, this variable can overestimate the number of days for consumption of fruit because it is not possible to guarantee that each day in the summing is a different day of the week. This will be referred to as Version 3.
