Variable Definition
Measure the open street or ciclovías system supply. The Ciclovías Recreativas in Latin America, Open Streets in North America are programs where streets are open temporarily exclusively for people so they can enjoy safe, free space in their city for cycling, skating, walking, jogging or other activities. Interpretation: The total length in km of streets that are used for the Open Streets or Ciclovía program for recreational purposes (applicable only to L1). A unit with higher values has a bigger open street system. Year of data: December 2017
