Variable Definition
Unique storm identifier, consistent with the ID used in the IBTrACS raw data. This will be "NA" if there are no storms on that day, month, or year. When multiple storms are present, storm ID and Name are formatted as dictionaries, preserving the order of storms based on which storm formed first.
