Variable Definition

Prevalence estimate of meeting WHO exercise guidelines through leisure time physical activity in adults aged 18 and older. A cutoff point of 150 minutes per week was used to classify subjects as active versus inactive in accordance with the recommendations from WHO, 2018 definition of active as at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity throughout the week, or at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity throughout the week, or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity activity.
