Variable Definition
Number of days per week that vegetables are consumed as the sum of the number of days for all vegetables where vegetable consumption is assessed with more than one question, capped at 7 days. This variable can overestimate the number of days for consumption of vegetables because it is not possible to guarantee that each day in the summing is a different day of the week. This will be referred to as Version 3.
