Fruit and Vegetable Consumption Days per Week V3

Variable Definition

Number of days per week that fruits and vegetables are consumed as the sum of the number of days for all fruits and vegetables where fruit and/or vegetable consumption is assessed with more than one question for either fruits or vegetables (such as the FFQ), capped at 7 days. This version is available for surveys that has the Food Frequency Questionnaire (Mexico) and where the food screeners ask about cooked versus raw vegetables as separate questions (Brazil, Colombia). This variable can overestimate the number of days for consumption of fruit and vegetables because it is not possible to guarantee that each day in the summing is a different day of the week. This will be referred to as Version 3.
