Fruit and Vegetable Consumption Days per Week V1

Variable Definition

Number of days per week that fruits and vegetables are consumed, capped at 7 days. Sum of fruits and vegetables version 1 measures and caps at 7 days. For surveys that have the Food Frequency Questionnaire (Mexico) and where the food screeners ask about cooked versus raw vegetables as separate questions (Brazil, Colombia), this variable will be the number of days per week that the fruit and vegetables of highest intake is consumed, capped at 7 days. In these cases, this variable can be interpreted as a proxy of the most frequent number of days of fruit and vegetable consumption. This will be referred to as Version 1.
