Variable Definition
The flag is used to mark records where the true positive rate – or the extent of overlap between urban HSR and urban GUF pixels at L1AD in 2015 – is less than 50%. If the true positive rate is < 50%, the flag takes on ‘1’, otherwise it is set to ‘0’. The flag was computed for 2015 and is available for L1AD, L1UX, and L2.
